1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to any private-beta access to Sovreyn provided by Sovreyn. Separate commercial terms may apply to a specific beta operator or customer.

2. Private beta

Sovreyn is currently in development and private beta. Features may change, be unavailable, contain errors or be withdrawn. Beta access is provided so that the platform can be tested in real operating environments and improved through feedback.

3. Operator responsibility

Sovreyn is an operational tool. The operator remains responsible for its bookings, chauffeurs, vehicles, pricing, client communications, compliance and operational decisions. AI-assisted suggestions and extracted information should be checked before use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or availability, upload unlawful content, or use Sovreyn in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

5. Intellectual property

Sovreyn, its software, design, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sovreyn. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the service as agreed with us.

6. Availability

During beta we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may make changes, perform maintenance or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or users.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, beta access is provided for evaluation and testing, and we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on unverified beta functionality or AI-generated output.
