You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information associated with Sovreyn Chauffeur.

Email us from the address associated with your chauffeur profile where possible. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

What to include

Your full name.
Your registered mobile number and/or email.
The operator or chauffeur company you work with.
Whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion.

Operator-controlled records

Some chauffeur, booking and Hire records are controlled by the operator using Sovreyn. Where appropriate, we may coordinate the request with that operator.

Deletion and retention

Some records may need to be retained for operational, accounting, legal, security or dispute purposes. Where information cannot be deleted, we will explain the relevant reason where appropriate.

App access

If you only want to stop using Sovreyn Chauffeur, ask your dispatch team to revoke Chauffeur App Access. Revoking access is separate from deletion.
