Depending on how you use Sovreyn, we may process account and contact details, booking and journey information, chauffeur and vehicle information, operational communications, uploaded documents, expense information, device and diagnostic information, and location information during active chauffeur duties where the location feature is enabled.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, manage chauffeur operations, support bookings and journeys, process documents and expenses, communicate with users, improve the product, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

4. Artificial intelligence

Some Sovreyn features use artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as extracting information from documents, structuring expense information and helping operators prepare responses. AI-assisted output should be reviewed by an authorised user before it is relied upon for operational or commercial decisions.

5. Location information

The chauffeur application may collect location information, including in the background, while a chauffeur is actively operating a job and location sharing is enabled. This is used to provide live operational visibility to the relevant chauffeur company. Location tracking is designed to end when the chauffeur marks the relevant duty as finished.

6. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, messaging, payments, mapping, flight data, analytics, artificial intelligence and other infrastructure required to operate Sovreyn.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, accounting, legal and security requirements. We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
